  • Step 1: Check the Rules First
    Make sure you read our booking policies and house rules so you know how everything works before you start.
  • Step 2: See What’s Open
    Send us a message on WhatsApp or Email. Ask if there are open spots for your dates, and let us know if you want a shared group trip or a private boat just for your family.
  • Step 3: Send Your Passport Photo
    Send a clear picture of your passport. We need this to register your name for official park entries and local travel systems (like SiOra).
  • Step 4: Pay Your Deposit
    To save your spot on the boat, pay a deposit (usually 30% to 50% of the price) using PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
  • Step 5: Get Your Ticket
    Once your deposit goes through, wait for us to send your official booking confirmation voucher via email or WhatsApp.
  • Step 6: Pick Your Hotel
    Book a hotel room in Labuan Bajo. Try to get a hotel inside our free pickup area, and make sure you arrive at least one day before the boat sails!
  • Step 7: Pay the Rest
    Settle the remaining balance of your trip. Depending on the rules, you can pay this online before you arrive or in cash when you get to Labuan Bajo.
  • Step 8: Plan Ahead!
    Komodo boats fill up super fast! If you are traveling during the busy summer months (June to August), book 12 to 17 weeks early. For quieter months, book at least 10 days ahead.

Komodo shared tour 3 days itinerary :

Day 1. Labuan Bajo – Kelor Island – Menjerite Island – Kalong Sunset.

  1. Picked up at Labuan Bajo Airport or Labuhan Bajo Hotel. Pickup will start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 10:45 a.m.
  2. Transfer to Labuhan Bajo harbor. Meet our representative team.
  3. Sail to Kelor Island ( snorkeling spot and best photos shot from the hill )
  4. Trip to Menjerite island, snorkeling activities
  5. Strawberry Rock. Visit a unique spot with pink rocks ( option )
  6. Trip to Pulau Kalong for a sunset watch and to view the flying foxes
  7. Overnight on the boat
  8. Lunch and dinner on the boat.

Day 2. Padar Island – Pink Beach – Komodo – Manta – Taka Makasar

  1. Breakfast on the boat

  5. Visit Manta. Manta Point is a good place to dive and spot manta rays.

  4. Labuan Bajo boat organization protects all tour activities. Evacuation and rescue of travelers will be a priority for all boats.
  5. Always trust the boat captain, and do not risk your life.
  6. Engine failure. We will replace the boat without notice and adjust the boat price.
  7. Safety is a priority. Follow the arrangements of our tour operator to make the best trip choice.

Cancellation policy:

  1. A full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days.
  2. A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
  3. A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
  4. We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.
