Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? A 2-day Komodo boat trip is the ultimate way to explore Indonesia’s wildest islands. You will sleep on a boat, see real-life dragons, and swim in a pink ocean.

Who is This Trip Best For?
This trip is perfect for adventure seekers, teenagers, and budget travelers who want to experience the highlights of Komodo National Park in a short amount of time. It is great for friends, couples, or solo travelers looking to meet new people.
Choose Your Cabin Type
You don’t have to stay in a hotel to visit Komodo! You get to live on a boat. There are two choices for your room:
- Private Cabin: A private room for up to two people. It usually features a double bed. It is best for couples or friends who want their own privacy.
- Shared Cabin: A larger room shared with other travelers. It usually has bunk beds for four people. This is the cheapest option and a great way to make new friends.

Traveling Solo? Here is What to Expect!
- Shared Rooms: Most tour boats use double bedrooms with one big bed for two people. They rarely have single beds.
- Rooming with a Buddy: This means you will likely share a bed with another solo traveler of the same gender.
Can I Skip the Hotel in Labuan Bajo?
Here is the truth about flying in and out on the same day as your trip. We strongly recommend staying at a hotel on your last night. Here is how to plan your flights safely:
- Day 1 (Arrival — Safe to Fly In): You can fly in the same morning! Book an early morning flight from Bali to Labuan Bajo that lands between 07:00 AM and 08:20 AM. This gives you plenty of time to get to the harbor before the boat sets sail.
- Last Day (Departure — High Risk!): We do not recommend catching a flight the same night your tour ends. Ocean currents and waves are highly unpredictable. Even though the boat usually gets back around 06:00 PM in perfect weather, strong currents can easily delay your return.
Our Advice: To avoid missing a flight, book a cozy hotel room in Labuan Bajo for your final night, and buy a plane ticket back to Bali for the following morning.
