Terms and Conditions

Booking terms at Nayaka Surf School are absolute conditions that all participants must obey. To avoid misunderstanding please read carefully while you book the tour with us.

1. Reservations booking terms:

1. All reservations are to be made either via email: surfingsenggigi@gmail.com orWhatsApp +6281246401009
2. Name list and details of arrival and departure shall follow every booking
3. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
4. Get a payment confirmation.
5. All prices that we presented in the tour package can be changed and are not final yet until confirmed to book the tour

2. Cancelation and no-show fee:

1. Full refund if you cancel the booking within 5 days.
2. We will charge 50% if you cancel the booking within 2 days
3. A full charge of deposit if you cancel within 24 hours from the total amount.
4. We are not responsible for flight or luggage delays.

3. Terms of payment:

• All transactions will be based on full advance payment at least 5 days before each arrival date.
• We require a 30% deposit in advance once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a Wire Transfer to our Bank Account or PayPal.
• We are not responsible for any taxes during the transfer process.

• Additional 3% tax payment through credit card ( VISA and Master card  )
• The rest payment will be in cash on arrival.

• We only send you the payment confirmation when we receive the payment notice from the bank or PayPal.
• Our services exclude insurance, if you want to have insurance during the tour we can help to make one (additional cost charge )
